Metric Scavenger Frame

The files have been converted manually from the version R4 files. The slots were modified along with some general cleanup of the files. I also checked that the slot centerlines aligned between plates and resolved a couple inconsistencies.
As of right now (March 2026), only the 5mm file for the door frame has been cut and checked. I have no concerns about the 6mm and 1mm files, but be aware that no frames have yet been built using these files. If you use the files, please let me know.
If you are using the US Xometry international option, use 0.250” plate for the 6mm file, 0.190” (or 0.187”) plate for the 5mm file and 0.040” plate for the 1mm file. They will substitute metric plate. You will usually get an email confirming the substitution, but not always. Also, check the price for both 5052 and 6061 aluminum. Either will work, but for some thicknesses the price is cheaper for one over the other.
