So we did have an issue with the skin being 2mm too long we will make those adjustments and test again.
One other thing to note is we will need to add some bolts the pin down the other seam as well that not a big deal!
So I only used the inner frame to roll the skin and bolted it on as I went this seems to work for the initial bending but you may need to remove and bend a little more with a pipe and c-clamp to get the corners to not flair. This will be easy. Overall it will be a heavy piece and we will most likely jump right into rev 2.
